Right to Refuse Service: If, after our first session, it’s clear that you’re in need of medical or other professional advice, I will ask you to seek that advice before continuing with me, as I am concerned about your safety first and foremost. I reserve the right to refuse service in these cases, and/or if you become abusive towards me and/or uncooperative.

Refunds/Cancellations

JTarot or JTarot Stars does not offer refunds or cancellations due to the consultant feeling that the reading does not resonated with them. No Refunds offers after a reading has being conducted either by video, audio call or pre recorded video for youtube. The only case where the cancellation and refund will apply is strictly on a period of 48 hours before the reading takes place. Any cancellations or refund requests after that period of 48 hours will not be valid and the payment will be use to compensate for the space taken for others customers. It is your responsibility to review the confirmation email and the two subsequent reminder emails for accuracy including, but not limited to: time zones, telephone numbers, and emails. Jtarot or Jtarot Stars is not responsible for errors made on your part or failure to correct the aforementioned.
